Customs & Tariffs: Why Your Order May Take Longer

At Barn to Boardroom, each collection is thoughtfully curated from a global marketplace—sourcing unique pieces from the UK, Australia, Asia and other iconic destinations around the world. This worldwide reach is part of what makes our collections so distinctive.

Currently, evolving customs and tariff regulations are creating challenges in the supply chain that may extend delivery times. In some cases, orders can take 15 days or more to arrive beyond our typical shipping window of 7-10 days.

We’re working diligently to navigate these circumstances, and we truly appreciate your patience and understanding. 

Shipping & Returns Policy

Because our pieces come from diverse corners of the world, shipping times may vary. Many items are eligible for expedited delivery and may arrive in as little as 3–5 business days. Others, depending on origin and carrier logistics, may take 7–10 business days to arrive. As noted, current evolving customs and tariffs regulations can also impact and extend these timelines.

We believe beauty is worth the wait—and we promise to keep you informed every step of the way. Once your order is placed, you’ll receive tracking details and timely updates so you can follow your piece from its origin to your doorstep.

Returns & Exchanges

At Barn to Boardroom, our goal is simple: your complete satisfaction. If for any reason your order does not meet your expectations, we are happy to accept returns and will work with you to ensure a smooth and supportive experience.

Our Return Policy

We accept returns on most items within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact. This is in line with industry best practices and ensures that returned items can be restocked with integrity.

To initiate a return, simply contact our customer care team with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We will provide detailed instructions and a return shipping label, if applicable.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item, damaged item), we will gladly cover return shipping costs.

  • If the return is based on personal preference (e.g., change of mind, sizing issues), return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment within 5–7 business days. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different item, we recommend returning your original order and placing an order for a new one.
